Last Seen Alone

Just finished and review written already! Too soon to say I am turning over a new leaf though...

This was an enjoyable book as far as the storyline goes. I did not enjoy the narrator of the audio version at all. The conversations were very one note in her voice. And things came out as sighs or puffs way too much. There was not variation in the tone or volume so the minimal sexy times were very off putting, if that makes sense. You got the same audio clues as the rest of the book.

I could see this as the start of a series, but won't listen if it is the same narrator.

The story flowed well and there was enough thrill of being chased and wondering what is going on. There was not a feeling of being able to guess what was going on or knowing how everything was going to play out so I tried to focus on that.

Four stars just because of the narrator. sigh
