Some goodies

In May, when we went to the Miami Valley Quilt Show, we stopped at Judy's storage unit because she had some quilty things that she wanted to get rid of. I got some books and a box of fabric!

I have some acrylic templates for Marti Michell and I thought that this book would be nice.



And I like the look of scrappy quilts so I got these.







I remember seeing this book at Best Friends and never got it, but it is a good book. It will be nice to have.



And here is the box of fabrics. I didn't want to unpack it until I was ready to put them somewhere. There are some blocks that Judy started, but never put into rows for a quilt. With some sashing, these could be really good to practice my quilting on with the new frame.
