I leave you with this...

This is the last post of the evening. This one truly deserves a post of it's own. I finally did something a little quilty. I quilted Wagon Wheels. I used Bottom Line in the bobbin, a Star brand in the top that was a soft green variegated and a size 16 needle. I had quite a few thread breaks and some serious bobbin issues. I am thinking that the only bobbins I can trust with the machine are ones that came with the machine. All the rest stick and don't let the thread through in a smooth continuous motion.

Here is the quilt.

100_1403 Apparently, it's only Max approved. I couldn't get Maisy to get on the quilt for a picture.

And a couple of close ups.

I LOVE IT!!!!!! Absolutely Gorgeous!!!

And you are probably right, you need to get the bobbins from the machine's manufacturer - they will probably be the only ones that won't give you greif!! that is one beautiful quilt!!
wow!!!

Great job on getting the quilting done. Bobbins are a finicky thing, so I'd go back to the dealer and get more. I just bought 20 more for my machine. Thanks for reminding me about bottom line. I may have to try that tonight and see if I get better results.

I'm totally in love with this quilt. I thought that the Cafe Au Lait was my fav, but I think I might just be changing my mind. And as always, you did an extraordinary job! Hugs.

I really like the colors in the quilt. Scrappy is favorite. I too would like to know the name of the pattern if available.

Thanks
