February FNSI Results

I was so glad to be done with work yesterday and I rushed home to make dinner and start sewing! Work wasn't so bad this week, so I was very excited to be sewing for the Friday Night Sew In.

I worked on the half square triangles for my Secret quilt hence the black and white pictures. I got quite a few sewn together and then cut apart. I didn't feel like ironing last night, so that will be done today or tomorrow.

Once I turned on the Olympics, I couldn't hear over the sewing machine so I spent the rest of the time pairing up the squares so that I could continue the piecing today.

All of these HSTs will end up making 2 quilts, but I could not figure out how to split them up once I had everything cut out so I am making them at the same time. Very industrious, I think! :)

Looks like you had a very productive Friday night!!! I got very little sewing done, my sister came over and spent the night so we had a lot of sissy time!!!

But today I am back to quilting!
