Wednesday Tidbits

Just a quick mid week post and then I am off to bed. I am trying to let Max eat his food quickly, but I am pooped and ready for some sleep!

Tonight, I went to my second Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild meeting and it was so much fun! Barb and I went to Panera for dinner before the meeting for dinner and we had Free WIFI and poo smell. Glad that we didn't get the smell BEFORE we ate! (For Barb - Hollllllllllaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!) This is a great group of gals and I had a lot of fun seeing what everyone is up to.

I spent some time last night organizing for retreat and started cutting out a kit. I've got more of the fabric pressed and I planned on doing more cutting tonight, but it is a bit late for that. I will just plan on doing it tomorrow when I am more awake. I also bought something tonight that I need for some prep work and to show a trick that I picked up last month during the shop hop. It's pretty slick and I think that it will help with my prep work for retreat a great deal.

Saturday, I am going to sew at Barb's and we are going to be making purses. I picked my fabric out for mine last night and I want to get it cut out before I head over there on Saturday. I also plan on prepping blocks for the Which Witch? wall hangings. And we have already planned on our dinner - a local Mexican joint that is da Bomb!! I can't wait!

Just a reminder - Friday will be your last chance for the Fall Into Fall giveaways. If you haven't checked out the blog, you can do that HERE. To enter for a chance to win my giveaway, go to this post. Good luck!

Well, Max is finished eating and it is bed time. Hopefully, I will have more to share and pictures next time. :)

It was good to meet you, too! I'm still thinking about that black/white/gray number you brought last night - so pretty.

Looking forward to seeing your purses! Luckily you that Max eats fast. Weasley eats quickly, but Snickerdoodle is very slow. Her food has been down for over an hour and she is still in the thinking mode.
