Stash Report - Week 52, 2010

Well, it seems that I broke my recent goal of being less than 100 yards in the hole for the year. Hooray!

Last week, in addition to finishing a large twin quilt and a full quilt, I made 4 presents that were pretty quick and used large amounts of recently acquired fabric. The first 2 have been given and I forgot to take pictures, but I still have two more to give and should be able to get pictures of those to show. I think that the presents were well received so I am happy about that!

So here is my report for the week...

Fabric added this week: 0.00
Fabric added year-to-date: 383.92

Fabric used this week: 16.61
Fabric used year-to-date: 285.59

Fabric Used: -98.33
Not too shabby!

Awesome... I am choking at the 383 yards brought in - but prob. would not be far off that mark if I counted myself. So I don't! LOL!

I have never even thought about how much fabric I bring in for a year! I am sure it is way more than I use though!

I think I might try this stash report thing in the coming year....scary, though. I don't really like to acknowledge how much fabric I purchase and store! LOL...just finished book 2 and am going to get Voyager today from the library. How addicting!!

Congrats Jill. I'm at about the same number on net fabric usage, but I didn't get nearly as much done this year as you did. Hoping it's a better stashbusting 2011.

Look at those numbers!!! Doing the happy dance for you getting under 100. It could have been a lot worse.

Congrats on being less than 100 in the red! You have to celebrate the small stuff. Though using almost 300 yards of fabric is pretty impressive!
