Lynn's Converging Corners

Another week and no Midget block made. The only thing that I seem to be getting done is quilting. I need to find my mojo again! lol

Saturday, I loaded and quilted this converging corners quilt for Lynn. She made it as part of her work with do.Good Stitches charity bee. I quilted it with white Star brand on the top and a darker grey Bottom Line on the bottom. And the panto is Page Boy by Patricia Ritter. I think that the sections resemble swirly hearts so it was very appropriate for a quilt that will go to Priject Linus.

This is really light, but it is so that the stitches can be seen. The backing is really a lovely teal.

On my way home from work, I had to stop and get dog food and I picked up a couple of
cheap toys. I brought the bag in, dropped it on the floor to get the dogs their dinner and promptly forgot about it. This little sneak got into the bag and pulled out a toy. I can't be mad though. The toy fits him perfectly!

Quilt away!! Very pretty quilt and quilting looks great! My sewing has taken a backseat this last week. I will be getting back to it this weekend though.

At least the part you are motivated to do is the paying part!

Oh that face! How can you be mad at that face?? I just want to scoop him up for a hug..and then give him back his toy! Will there we snow later? Mine always de-stuff EVERYTHING and then there is snow in my living room! I googled this quilt and saved the tutorial. I"m obsessed with scrap quilts at the moment!
