Friday Update

I am starting to feel a little better physically today. I still have some pain in my chest and my back, but I think it will be manageable today as opposed to the last couple of days. I am actually up and getting ready to leave for work.

I was finally able to get the other driver's information Wednesday night and the insurance information last night around 9:30 PM. I am going to call the insurance company today once I get to work.

Tonight, I am going to my sister's house to watch the kids while my sister and BIL go to a Halloween party. I meant to have things sewn to take, but I couldn't sew anything yesterday afternoon so the kids will have to wait. I did give Spencer his Superman pants and pillowcase and Claire's pants on Tuesday before they left and both kids said that they loved them. I do have 3 Halloween books to take tonight and that should be good until I can finish the pants and fabric books.

Tomorrow, I am going to Dayton to visit some shops up there with Brenda. And I worked up the nerve last night to ask the guy in Dayton if he wanted to meet for dinner. After an awkward few minutes, we decided to meet as soon as I am done with the shops which should be around 3.

After that, I will probably come home and crash again. Amy is having a Halloween party at her house, but I usually feel uncomfortable at their parties and it is on the other side of the city, so I am going to beg off. I am sure that the shops and meeting 'Dayton' will be enough excitement for me for the day.

I am also taking 'Bubba' to the shop for maintenance. The guy who sold him to me called me earlier this week to see if I had the feet from the machine that I traded in and I figured that since I will be dropping those feet off, that I might as well get Bubba cleaned. This will be part of the preparation for going to Milwaukee. :)

I didn't update about Weight Watchers this week for obvious reasons. I weighed in on Tuesday and stayed the same as the prior week. I wasn't too surprised because I did eat poorly at the retreat in Cleveland. And I am thinking that there might be a gain this week and that is because I can't work out and haven't been eating very well since Tuesday night. So if I gain or stay the same this Tuesday, I won't be very surprised and definitely won't be upset or beat myself up about it.
