A couple of months ago, I was all ready for this class and I was 2 months early. I showed up at the shop, machine in hand, ready to start and we all had a good laugh because I had the wrong month. Last Saturday, when I was at the Open House, I even talked to Mary about the class and that I was excited to be taking a class from her again and that I would see her Friday and Saturday. I can't believe that I forgot about the class!
I rushed upstairs, got dressed again, grabbed my machine and fabric and ran to the shop. I was only about 30 minutes late. Luckily there was only one other lady and I was able to catch up to her pretty quickly with my mad rotary cutting skills! :)
It was an enjoyable class and we all chatted the whole time. I am really liking this quilt so far, too! But it is going to be lots of work. This is what I got done last night.
Look at those points!
Once I got home, the dogs and I started settling down. I made my list of things to look for during the shop hop and they played with their new toys. Max has already started destroying the one he was playing with, but since they were 2 for $3, it won't be a problem to go back and get more.
OK, I am off to get some sleep for breakfast and hopping!
