On Wednesday, we drove to Venice. There are some cool antique shops that the old ladies like to go to and we usually go to The Crow's Nest for lunch, but they were closed for yearly maintenance and we had to make due at Althea's. It was good.
There is a little stationary store on the main drag and I picked up a few goodies. My mom also got me a quilt calendar for 2009. Here's the calendar and a couple of the packs of cards that I picked up.
There were some interesting items in the store that I just had to get shots of. And luckily, I had my camera!!
I knew that I should have bought this book. I know that Jen loves the sock monkey fabric and we could have shared it. *kicking myself!*This was just very timely!

I love the Jesus loves me... thing. I want a t-shirt saying that. It would be funny to wear to a church function.

WWJillD? Giggle. Lang huh? Well my dear, Lang is printed here so we have an outlet. Christmas cards, like 3 boxes for $12, pads of paper 3 for $10, stuff like that. Candles. Be prepared...you could probably get all of your misc. just need a little something type gift shopping done for Christmas.
