A finish and some snow

I spent the morning sewing up strips for bindings and borders. I got the binding put on the 2 Kid Komfort charity quilts that were ready and they are now ready for some hand stitching during lunches this week. :)

After work, I worked on some other little things that I had ready and spent some time hand stitching so that the dogs could lay on me. They were happy! And then I added the borders to the Chicken in Every Pot quilt.

And the dogs approved it.

Then, we went outside. Imagine my surprise to see the snow. It was in the forecast, but you know how the weather people are always right, right?

And my neighbor has already cleared a path to my car door. He always takes care of the snow for me!
