Guild blocks and a Win!

Back in March, I posted about the blocks that I needed to prep for my Guild. I made up kits with a fabric that I had in my stash for over a year, but I couldn't part with. I dropped the kits off at the March meeting and then I didn't go back for 3 months. Other Guild members needed to pick up a kit and take it home and make a block and then bring it back to a meeting.

Last night, I went and saw that I had some blocks ready! I think that these are very cool!!

I prepped 20 kits, so I hope that I get a few more soon!

As for the win - I won Ryan's giveaway over at his blog, I'm just a guy who Quilts. Last week, I was hunting for some new blogs for inspiration and found his and his giveaway so I entered. Who knew I would win??? :) I can't wait to see what he sends!!

Love those blocks. They're just beautiful, so beautiful that they might disappear, lol.

Congrats for winning Ryan's giveaway.. Thought I would check out the winners blogs. You have a lovely blog. Stars are my favorite so of course I like your blocks.
