It's quilted!!! Big loops and twisters.

Now, to add the binding and hanging sleeve! I can't decide if I want to make the hanging sleeve permanent or removable so that I can take it off once I am done showing it. Thoughts?

I love the quilting designs you chose for the Oz quilt. I looks fabulous! I am showing my Oz quilts next week in a show. First one since I started quilting again.

I think I would make the sleeve temporary so you can remove it after showing it....then you can choose whether to hang it on the wall or put it on a bed. It is beautiful. Looks like a lot of work!!! Very Nice.!

Looks great - can't wait to see it in person! I say leave the sleeve on, because it won't really get in the way if you want to put it on a bed, and then you have options w/out having to reattach!

does the permanent looks obtrusive. thinking that you might want to use it on a bed or a lap quilt but then its the follow-the-yellow-brick-road which needs to be displayed.

Wow!! I love the twister/cyclone quilting. Good idea. You could put on removable tabs. 5 tabs across with a button. I dont think a tube would get in the way either. But I definitely see cuddling with this quilt especially when "The Wizard of Oz" comes on tv...

that quilting is fabulous. It really enhances all the work you've put into the quilt.
