Stash Report Week 45, 2010

EIGHTEEN YARDS USED! What an amazing week!! Last Sunday, I assembled 1 of the teal and brown BOMs and I had to keep cutting out fabric so that I would have enough for both of them. No biggie because it will all go in the stash report! WOO HOO!! The total busted for the BOMs for the week was 4.91 yards.

Last night, it was a little like deja vu because I was working on assembling the second BOM until late and finally got it together. Today, I will put the borders on and it should go really quickly since I cut all the pieces that I would need last Sunday.

Had I not been procrastinating, I probably could have had the whole thing assembled yesterday, but I spent most of the day just messing around. I had 3 backings to make to show a big bust this week and I couldn't make myself do them until 8 last night. Oh well, they are busted now! Two backings for the BOMs and one for the Orientals.

Wow 18 yards! That's a lot for just messing around and not getting serious!

Seems like messing around is all I do anymore. A little of this, and a little of that...nothing big, but those little bits of messing around eventually show up as a big project with a dent in it, so I guess all is not lost. I just keep pecking away. I am off the week of thanksgiving, so I hope I can get something accomplished. I need some down time.

The quilts and backs look great.
Have a wonderful day!

Congratulations on getting so much finished this week. Quilt backings are great for using up lots of yardage. I'm guessing a frenzy of quilting it in your future?
