Anyway, I finally washed the quilt and was very excited when I pulled it out of the dryer.
It doesn't look like you can tell in the picture, but the quilt crinkled up a lot and it is so soft! I used my Popcorn panto on it and this is the first quilt that I used that panto on. I had to reduce the size of the panto that I bought so that I can use it on my frame because even the smallest panto is too big for my set up. I really like how the panto turned out and the way that the quilt crinkled up was a nice bonus. It just looks very soft and smooshy.
Also, this is the first quilt that I have kept that I used the extra wide fabrics from JoAnn's on the back. It turned out just lovely! I will definitely be using more of that fabric on the backs of my quilts. Sometimes it is on sale and sometimes I can use a coupon. Score!!
Maxie just loves how it turned out, too!

The Munchkin says Max is a "sweetie baby" - and I love how the quilt crinkled!!! So cozy!
Ohhh...Max, we have the same problem here from time to time. :) I love it when they crinkle so well. I have one on my bed right now that is faded but I love it! It is crinkled and so comfy, it is one of my favorites! It is also very tightly quilted.

I love the way quilts krinkle up and get so soft after washing. The greens are all so beautiful together.
I REALLY like that quilt, almost as much as Maxie does, I guess.
