I'm back!! I have fabric in my new quilt studio and I'm ready to report the last few things that I purchased. And since things are back in the studio, I actually have pictures of what came in. Woo hoo!
I had plans to work on a bug jar quilt for my nephew and had to get some new, more 'grown up' fabrics since the fabrics that I had gathered were a little cartoonish. I got 7 small cuts and a fat quarter.
And I got a cut of Bella in the Hay color for the background of the blocks. This matches pretty nicely with the wood grain fabric that will be the shelves.
I counted the Hay on my last report along with this WoW Michael Miller. It looks like snowflakes on white.
I also bought 30 pounds of fabric on Friday, but Jean says that if it's purchased by weight, it doesn't count so I am going with that. I am scared to even try to see how much yardage it is. Plus, I am sending some to Regina. :)
Now that I am putting my fabrics on the shelves, I might have another FQ bundle to report. I think that I saw it still in it's shipping box when I was loading up boxes and emptying the small bedroom.
Fabric added this week: 1.81
Fabric added year-to-date: 94.75

Still not too shabby!

Very fun fabrics for a bug jar quilt. Glad to see you are getting back into the sewing mode after all your hard work on the rennovations.
The fabric for the bug jar quilt look cute! Can't believe you're still in the black ;)
You are still doing great, even after the trip to Columbus!
The frog fabric is adorable. Like the spiderwebs too.
Glad that you didn't have to count the weighted fabric. I am impressed by the amount of fabric that you have used this year so far. I also think that you will move a lot more with your new room set up. Happy quilting!
I am anxiously awaiting the bug jar quilt. My DIL and I want to do a jar quilt with fruits and vegetables and also try to make some bushel baskets of stuff! So far we don't have a plan/pattern!
Bwahahahaahahahahaaha. I only filled two drawers on my storage thingy with that fabric folded. I kept out 2-8" stacks that I'm shipping out to a friend.
Love those fabrics for that bug quilt. I love those type of quilts. Looks like you got lots of great fabrics at that sale.

I made my son a bug jar quilt and used Glow in the Dark thread in some of the jars. I "wrote" our names in some of them too.
He loves it-although now it "doesn't fit"-too short.
Jar quilts are so cool!! I am doing one for Halloween - full of ghosts and such!! Since I seem to be on a halloween kick right now, I should pull it out and get it done!!!
Love the fabrics!! Love that sale - I need to find me one of those!!
Uh, no I don't!!!!! your studio looks fantastic!!! alright!! Have fun!!
Can't wait to see the bug jar quilt! What do you mean you don't have to count all of that new fabric?!?!?! I see lots of cutting fabric in your future.
