No fabric brought in this week! Woo hoo!!
And I used the backing fabric for the first Scrap Squad quilt. I was able to save some of the fabric I bought, but I wish I had figured out that I didn't need as much when I was buying it to begin with. sigh...
Today, I plan on making a couple more backings - they really don't take much time when they are just 4 yards total. And I need to make the binding for the Scrap Squad quilt. I am going to try my hand at a bias binding. It looks pretty easy, just time consuming. :)
Fabric added this week: 0.00
Fabric added YTD: 5.00
Fabric used this week: 3.39
Fabric used YTD: 23.89
Net Fabric Used: 18.89
I should hit 20 yards for the next report! Check out how others did at Judy's blog.

Bias binding looks much harder than it really is. Once you try it, you'll wonder why you thought it was difficult.
Great numbers! I haven't tried bias binding yet.
Have fun making the bias binding - I have done it two ways and def. prefer just cutting it on the bias vs. the big square/cut it up/sew it back together method. You are really rocking with you stash usage this year....and making some of us look bad!
Great job! I just keep adding and adding. :)
