New Year's Day 2014

Vicky always posts on her blog that whatever you do on New Year's Day, you do all year so be sure to take some stitches.

So I did!

I worked on some binding on the Road to Ashland quilt. This is for my cousin who is attending the university.

I worked on my Gingerbread Lanes cross stitch. Making some great progress when I find the time. :)

I made 2 more Split Nine patch blocks. I am more than halfway done with the blocks. Woo hoo!!

And I got the t shirts interfaced and squared up and started laying out the quilt. This is going to be a big one!

I hope that means that I will end up with some finishes (the binding) after working on UFOs and blocks. And that I can work some cross stitch in as well. I should have done a bit of knitting!

What will 2014 bring for you?

I did 0 sewing on New Year's Day but I did do some loom knitting and TV watching. :) You got a lot done for yourself.

Evidently quilting for me since I got a panel loaded and quilted on New Year's Day - we will see - I am sure you will be far ahead of me once your tensioner is fixed!
