Santa pattern

Thanks for all of the compliments on the Santa quilt, ladies! I figured that since a few of you asked about the pattern, I would post a link on the blog.

It is Old Saint Nick! from Saginaw St Quilt Company. They also have wreath wall hanging rag quilts and a Frosty rag quilt. Frosty is very cute, too!

Today, I got fabric cut for 2 purses and part of one purse quilted. I think that the cutting and then quilting is what takes the longest. Hopefully, I will be able to get the rest of the quilting for the one and all of the quilting for the other before it's time to leave tomorrow to go to Granma's. I will have to watch how long I stay there so I can come home and finish getting everything ready for Christmas. I still have to wrap presents.

It sounds like I'm not the only one still sewing. I always think the cutting out and quilting take longer than the actual putting together. Thanks for the link to the patterns I've been checking them out deciding which ones I want to order. My list for next year just keeps on growing.

I couldn't even face my purses today. In fact I did a different christmas gift that I don't need until the 28th ish just because I didn't want to play with purses. Crap, everytime I turn around there's less time.
