I did a fair amount of sewing this week, but it was on a shop sample. I didn't count the fabric coming in or going out on this sample either. I am keeping the sample, but I am not sure how the scraps are handled so I just didn't count it.
Once I am done with this sample, I am concentrating on my retreat and my projects. I have a few things that I will be making for my peeps that are joining me and a few projects that I need to prep so I will have some busted stash soon!
I do have quite a bit that came in this week because I got paid in fabric for the inventory work. I can at least use half of it for backings and the rest was pretty neutral to use for scrap quilts.
Fabric added this week: 9.75
Fabric added year-to-date: 47.25
Fabric used this week: 0
Fabric used year-to-date: 40.78
Net Fabric Used: -6.47
Maybe I should give up.... time will tell.

Eventually you will post a positive number. Don't give up! One good thing about stash busting, it makes you aware of how much fabric you buy just because you like it.
yes, sometimes we do lots of sewing but it's for someone else and so it's not in our stash reports. I have three quilts I need to do soon, and none of them will be for me! So lots of sewing, but no stash busting!
