Design Wall Monday, 10/18

This past week, I finished the black and white quilt top! While it's not a design wall picture, I figured that I need to show the finished top. Besides, I have been cutting fabrics and haven't gotten anything new on the design wall yet. :)

And a closer picture of the borders. The quilt is for my neighbor and he is into sports and this

The pups seem to like it! They couldn't stay out of the picture I was taking.

nice job, I love it when the top looks great and then you see other personal details in the design. I love the way the baseballs present as a light border until you look and 'see' them. very nice. cw

Floors work just as well for 'design walls'. Beautiful quilt - love the way those blacks and whites offset each other - is there a pattern for that, or did you make it up? Blessings, Peg
