I finished my challenge quilt for Judy's UFO Challenge last night! Just under the wire!
Judy pulled #6 and that was the Sibling Revelry quilt that Regina made me last winter, sent to me with the backing and called it a 'some assembly required' quilt. I had to quilt and bind it!
This one might be Maxie's quilt!
Here is a closer view of the blocks and fabric.
I used Warm and Natural batting, a pink and brown variegated Lava thread and light pink Bottom Line in the bobbin. The panto is what Regina picked out - Party Hearts by Golden Threads.
Yeah, I think this is Max's quilt!

That one looks great too! At least you'll have some warm ones around if the storm is really bad!
Love the colors in this one. It's like a breathe of spring with all the snow that we have been having. The quilt just makes me smile.

Very pretty. I like the piano keys border.
Two big finishes in one weekend. Congratulations. You must be so excited. Love the green quilt - it's very soothing.
Great scissors fabric. And a fun quilt. If Maxie decided he doesn't want it....well....
It's lovely. Lucky Maxie ;)
Does Maxie know she has a better quilt than most humans? Pretty too! - Maxie AND the quilt

Beautiful quilt and great finish!
This is really a fun quilt.
Great quilt! Love the color palette. The best part though, for me, is Maxie! Adorable!!
It does not look like Max will willingly give it up. Great job.
Love this quilt and I think Max needs it! Too cute.
Maybe I can get Max to cuddle with me in April if we use this quilt?!?? :-) It turned out AWESOME!
Congrats on the finish. I'm afraid I didn't do so well on mine for January.
What beautiful colors... I love it! And Maxie is a cutie, too. ;o)
Great job finishing your UFO for January. What's up next?
WTG JILL. IT WOULD BE HARD TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE IS THE PRETTEST. I REALLY LOVE THE COLORS IN THIS ONE. I BET I KNOW A DOG THAT WONT GIVE UP THIS QUILT.
i like this quilt! the colors are nice... it looks like one of those 9 patch quilts that you piece, cut apart and sew together again. i did a brown and blue one simimlar, but arranged it in a barn raising pattern...
Congrats on meeting your goal! Looks like Max appreciates your efforts!
Too, too funny! 'Some Assembly Required' That really made me giggle. I love your finish, it's a beautiful quilt. Nice to finish.
