Tonight was a guild meeting with Ami Simms as our speaker. Her lecture was pretty funny and she is someone that I would recommend going to see talk.
Before guild, I stopped at Joann's and got a couple of yards of an extra wide fabric for the backing for the second Scrap Squad. I am going to get that quilt loaded and quilted this week so that I can start on the next one!
When I got home, I decided that I had time to press the pieces that I got stitched last night. I just have 1 more flag section to assemble the center of and then I put borders on the sections to make the flags. After that, I assemble the quilt and it is all downhill from there!

And instead of starting on the third flag unit, I worked on the next Midget block for tomorrow's post. I have 1 more section to paper piece and then I can assemble the block and post it!

Yes, it's great to have my mojo back!!

Awesome! Mine is partically back. I hope to do some sewing on Mother's Day. Maybe for a couple of hours.
How exciting to see Ami Simms! Looks like you are making great progress on several projects.
