For the Quilting Gallery's birthday giveaway, go to this post.
I am working on my modern Dresden Plate blocks for the quilt for the Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild. The quilt is due Wednesday, but at this point, I am just hoping that I can finish making all of my blocks and get the top assembled for the meeting. Things are going well now that I have the process down pat, but there was a fair amount of ripping and re-stitching when making the first 3 blocks.
My plan is to have a rainbow of blocks. Here is my pressing and cutting station with my notes and templates hanging on the wall.
I hope that I can get through the rest of the blocks without getting bored again or going out of my mind with boredom. lol
While I worked on my blocks, I kept the dogs busy with bones. :)

Cute dresdens :D And adorable furbies!! Last night I sat down to work on my FMQ quilt, and one of the kitties had left a toy mouse on the quilt in the machine's well. Too hilarious. I'm just glad we only have toy mice!
Those are great. Are they hard now that you've figured them out? Love that design wall. Some day I hope to have a big design wall. Right now the wall is full with just 5 rows across. Sigh.
I like these blogs! I love your helpers as well!
I see your concept now. LOVE IT! Get it done, but don't rush it to the point where you can't enjoy it. Hugs!
Good luck on getting the blocks done!!! The blocks are really cool looking.
Really like these blocks. The rainbow colors is going to make it a very vivid quilt.
Love your dogs!!!!! And, of course, your blocks. But it looks like you have set yourself a daunting task. Keep up the good work.
I just love your wiener dogs.
I can't wait to see the finished top - love what you have so far!
Interesting blocks, beautiful colors. I am a sucker for solids. So Graphic. Can't wait to see how you are going to lay them out.
