Cleaning up

I have made more progress on the Wagon Wheels blocks. All of the pieces have been ironed and 2 more blocks were completed. I have set the 5 pieces from each block that is left in stacks on my sewing table and I will work on completing the assembly over the next couple of days. I am very excited! It looks very cool! I have even put the design wall away until it is needed again. :)

On a different front, at lunch recently, some friends and I were discussing the supernatural and it came out that one buddy goes to a psychic and another one wants to go to one. I don't have any experience with psychics or tarot cards or palm reading or anything like that, but I have always been curious.

So leave a comment and let me know - have you ever been to psychic or anything? Wanted to but have been too chicken? Been and then got freaked out by something that was said? Share with me!!

We had a local we claimed to be psychic. What a bunchof baloney. She said we'd have trouble conceiving when in fact we already had Dakota, and that our first born would be a boy which was also wrong to name a few.

I do believe there are true psychics and would LOVE to go to one.

My dad went to one many years ago to which he claims he will never divulge what he was told and much of it has been accurate.

Don't be doing too much sewing now as you won't have any to do next month. LOL

My dad's mum was a true psychic and my dad inherited some of her gift. I have moments but I wouldn't call myself a psychic as they are not very frequent.

Love and hugs xxx

My SIL has been to a couple psychics in the past. She's said that a couple of her readings have been very good and outcomes are what were told. I want to go but too chicken (and cheap!) LOL!

Years ago before I was married I ran into a psycic at a wedding show. Anyway she held my hand and told me I'd have 12 children and a long marriage. OK so she was half right I had a long marriage, 26 years but didn't have the 12 children.

Of course then there was the Pet psychic that Jen and I saw with Holly and Murphy. I so want to see that woman again she was dead on.

Yeah, the pet psychic thing was ridiculousy dead on and scared the $hit out of me. I'd do the dog thing again but I think I'd be too scared to do it myself. What got me about the dog psychic (don't think I'm looney, we were at a fundraiser for the local humane society; part of it was a donation) was how dead on she was. She looked at holly the whole time. Right away she told me that before her I had a male dog and that I had died and that I still hadn't come to terms with it. He wanted me to know that it was the right decision and that he was ok. The lady also told me that Holly hates walks because she feels the world should come to her...and that's totally how her personality is. She sits down in the middle of walks. She'll run and play outside but an actual walk? Forget about it. She also said that Holly thinks she should only get her nails trimmed at most 3 times per year. THe funny thing was, they had just gotten done a few days before the event so it's not like she pulled that info from looking at how long they were. Holly does hate it, to the point that we have to drug her; that's the only time she gets really pissy is when people touch her feet. It freaked the crap out of me. My mom was outside the building but could see through a window and said I was sheet white.

Murphy on the other hand wanted my mom to know that he liked his name much better than the name he had before hand which was Midnight. Tell me...HOW did she know that? My mom changed it as soon as she adopted him. Oh, and he wanted a cat...needless to say she's not giving him one!!
