Update on Weight Watchers

We haven't had a meeting at work in 3 weeks because of the holdiays. Today will be our first meeting since the Tuesday before Christmas. At that meeting, I was up 1.4 pounds. I was expecting it because I was snacking a lot on Christmas cookies and not doing a very good job of eating my fruits and vegetables. Of course, I am still not doing a veyr good job of this, but I have been trying to curtail the snacking.

I had also been weighing myself at home over the last 3 weeks and was getting a little discouraged. I had been up to a little of 36 pounds lost over Thanksgiving vacation and then I went back to 32 pounds lost sometime last week.

Apparently, the multiple trips up and down the stairs carrying Max and then everyhing else so that Max would be as comfortable as possible has paid off.

This morning, I was at 35.2 pounds lost again! Woo Hoo! This might be just the kick in the pants that I need to get to 40 pounds lost now!

Congrats on the weight loss! I need to kick it in gear and loose some before the wedding.

You should be very proud of yourself. It is so hard for me to lose weight because of my thyroid. Hopefully, after I get that all straighten out I can loose some.

Way to go on the weight loss. Just think how much more you can loose while Max is on bed rest. Lots of carrying the little guy around. Sure wish I could loose some weight. It goes on so easy but it just doesn't come off of me no matter what I do. Sometimes I think it's the pills that I take.
