Apple Salsa recipe

This is a great recipe - I make it all the time.

Apple Salsa

1 medium Granny Smith apple
1 medium red apple
1 lemon
½ c sweetened dried cranberries
¼ c caramel ice cream topping
¼ teaspoon Pantry Korintje Cinnamon (or regular Cinnamon)

Core and slice apples, leaving peels on. Coarsely chop apple slices using a food chopper, place in a bowl. Zest lemon to measure 1 tsp zest. Juice lemon to measure 1 tsp juice.. Add lemon zest, juice, cranberries, ice cream topping and cinnamon to bowl. Mix well. Serve with graham cracker sticks or tortilla chips.
