I had a bit of fabric come in this week. Cow fabric for a quilt for my niece. This is the fabric that she asked for and I am going to use this BQ3 pattern with some black, pink and another print if I can find something that works with the cows.
I did get a little cut out - the setting triangles for the Ohio Star quilt. And I got one small section assembled.
I was hoping to get a couple of backings made yesterday, but that didn't happen. Maybe this week. Still a pretty good week, I think.

How about a dot fabric - black on white or white on black, whatever you can find?

The cow fabric is cute, can't wait to see this quilt go together! Your Ohio Star quilt will be stunning too, I just love the fabrics used in it.

I didn't know there was a BQ3! Look forward to seeing this quilt come together. Can't wait to see the Ohio Star top finished!
I made a pillowcase for Amelia out of that fabric (and a pig one) as a remembrance from our trip to Amish country in PA.
I think a dot fabric would be perfect too.
Cows... how fun! I like your corner there. It's going to be a pretty challenge quilt!
That cow fabric is cute!! I am (eventually!!) making an eye spy and wouldn't that be fun in it!! Now I will be on the lookout for it!!
I have seen the BBQ pattern, but I am not sure if I've seen one up close and in person.... I think it will be fun to do in the cows!!!
