This week, I got step 2 finished on the Road to Llano quilt. I made 36 nine patches and 45 of these connecting units.
This is with the flash on, but the colors are truer in the second picture.
I'm off work today and will be heading to the basement to get some quilting done. I'm hoping that I can work on more of my own projects later on. I'm getting eager and excited to be working on projects and getting things done!

Nice batch of work! It can be so difficult to get photos to show the correct colors, particularly during the winter or in the evenings. It's been driving me nuts lately.
